LOS ANGELES - Il rapper Mac Miller, 26 anni, è stato trovato senza vita nella sua abitazione nella San Fernando Valley, in California. Il giovane artista - riferisce TMZ - sarebbe deceduto a causa di un’overdose.
Miller - al secolo Malcolm James McCormick, noto oltre che per la sua musica anche per la relazione avuta con Ariana Grande tra il 2016 e il 2018 - aveva di recente avuto diversi problemi causati dall’abuso di sostanze. Lo scorso maggio, subito dopo la rottura con la cantante, il rapper era rimasto coinvolto in un incidente in California, mentre si trovava al volante con un limite alcolemico due volte superiore al consentito.
Il suo ultimo album, Swimming, era stato pubblicato lo scorso 3 agosto. Il suo nuovo tour sarebbe iniziato il prossimo mese. Numerosi i messaggi d'affetto in suo ricordo da parte del mondo musicale.
